Impolite guy at buyherephoto..
They claim that their SB700 flashes ($207) are on back order and they keep telling me it's going to be 6-8 weeks for another set of flashes to come in.

Then when I tried to ask about the order, the operator person raises his voice dramatically and tries to sell me a Sigma EF610 for $299 + free shipping, saying to me all this shit about a 35mm camera not working will with the SB700 blah blah blah...(I know my camera and I know my stuff with cameras, but he was talking to me as if he has more knowledge than I -- which just makes him sound stupid), and

the first googling I do, I see the Sigma EF610 selling for $165 + free shipping.

Then the moment I say "okay, but I just want to cancel my order," He wouldn't give me a chance to speak and says "good bye."

-hangs up-

In attempt to call back, they refused to pick up my call.. or any area code number close to my area (I tried using my friend's phone). I then called them with Skype (in efforts to keep phone prices low, they use area codes of the call receipent and as predicted, they picked up right away.

I made sure I was being recorded "for quality purposes" and complained to the operator about another operator. He apologized and sent me an email confirmation regarding my order cancellation.

However, I'm still yet to contact my credit card company in case they still decide to charge me anything.

- Sean

Update: 02/15/2012

After looking at my email, the price of the bait was actually $219, not $209.

Update: 02/15/2012

Also noted: This is actually a bait-trade scam rather than false advertisement. The browser reset itself but kept my text, so I didn't double check everything.
