A credit card charge appeared on my statement from a website that I did not recognize. I called the number shown on the account and they told me it was for a car cigarette lighter that was not shipped yet. I told them I never ordered this and I do not smoke. They said they would cancel the order and refund my money to my bank. I told them they do not know my bank and I was not giving them the name. I asked to reverse the credit card charge and they would not do it. I reported this transaction to the fraud dept of my credit card company.
