I ordered the "free trial" bottle and knew that I would be charged $74.99 if I did not return it. I was told, however, that I would not be put on an automatic renewal list. I was, and the bottle arrived broken. I told them that I did not want this renewal. I was told that they would replace the damaged product, but that I would have to pay for it. I have seen this before, and should know better, but this form of scamming is typical of these outfits. Never believe anything they tell you over the phone. Get everything in writing. R.Powell
