International boundaries
won a free coffe maker on free site and a week later when i returned from holiday they had taken this money from my account.
I contacted my bank and they said they would not make any further payments but could not reclaim and would have to do it myself.
This firm said i had to send
a.a scanned copy of my credit card (front and back)
b.scanned copy of id driving license,passport.
c.scanned copy of signed credit card form(downloade from their site.
I have seen lots of other people complaining about this firm.
