Tried to redeem a SwarmJam voucher for a 32 GB Memory card powered by a Toshiba chip. I followed the instructions on the voucher from this company exactly. By the time I found the product in their catalogue, filled in billing address, they wanted my Visa number, and then got to the instruction of "enter redemption code". There was no place to put this code. It then said to click on "Apply Coupon", but it obviously didn't work. By clicking continue it was too late, and they deemed I had purchased it.
After realizing that they had charged my Visa, I immediately (within minutes) tried to cancel the order. They refused by saying it had already been shipped. The actual order that I received indicated that the order was processed an hour later than my cancellation effort. I immediately tried to contact them through their "contact us", sending them four emails, explaining the error, and giving them all the SwarmJam voucher numbers. All I got back was "order confirmation".
I contacted SwarmJam who contacted them on my behalf, and XSV360 said they had refunded my Visa. I waited two weeks and there was no such refund. SwarmJam refunded my voucher price and said they could do no more for me. I never would have purchased this chip if I had to pay 118.22 for it.
I see by other internet sites that even the chip is a fraud and not made by Toshiba.
