These people are located in Santa Ana, CA. They all have middle eastern accents (I grew up in Libya and Lebanon, trust me on this one). They send people "legal" letters telling them to call immediately to keep their home from being sold at public auction. My husband is an attorney, and not easily scammed. We laughed at first, because we knew we didn't owe anything on our home. But they had our name, address, mortgage company and date of purchase. They offer to help with refinancing. They have an F with the BBB, if you really are behind with your mortgage do not use these rip off artists, I feel sorry for anyone who is so desperate that they look to these fools who not only kill our boys, overstay their visas, now take advantage of people losing their homes.
