I purchased the HZ-709 Oil Filled Digital Radiator Heater at Walmart on September of last year before the cold started coming. It worked great until I noticed a few weeks ago that the front chrome part starting wrinkling like a melting affect. It's not suppose to do that. I contacted Honeywell, they told to contact the manufacturer, Kaz, Incorporated. They wanted me to send the unit to them first leaving me without a heater for at least 3-4 weeks they said, that's not acceptable. If I had the money, I would have bought another unit. From a different manufacturer of course, But I don't. So I asked them if they can mail me the part and I'll return the melting back to them, their reply Nicholas Marszalkowski is the persons' name was that that part is no longer available which makes no sense because they wanted me to send my unit to them so that they can replace the part or send me a new unit. Trust me if I had the money I would just go out and buy another one.
