International boundaries
purchased a travel package but have never ever recieved the
travel certificates
notified the company they said they will reisue the certificates
but now it is too late for us to use them
so asked for a refund but was told they cant do that

all i have is notification on my master card that the money was paid
to discount world vacations and a email stating that i would
receive certificates in the mail
i have never received a receipt or any other correspondence
