I ordered this product back in December, and have yet to receive it or hear anything about the order. I just ran across my order confirmation and a check of my bank statement shows I was charged as well.

I placed my order on 1/1/12 and after waiting almost 6 weeks I called their CS # and was told it should ship out by the end
of the 6 week waiting period .Well I waited a week and nothing came I called again and was told that it was on back order and they had no idea when it would ship.Well I was livid and told them that their service is crappy and I have been waiting long enough so I cancel my order and told them this wasted my time .There has been no charge to my CC yet but if I am charged I will seek legal action against them which I also told the CS rep when I called.More then Likely your order is on back order but you need to call their CS # which you will find here where I replied to Donna's complaint . But you should of not been charged though unless it was shipped. So you need to call. BTW I order this product on EBay and I should receive it next week although I paid $4 more atleast I will receive it in a timely manner. -
