Purchased bid package 12/20/2011 for 99$; 12/23/2011 was charged $.53 for a bid package which I won at that bid price. 12/24/2011 I did not win the bidding on a 7" wifi tablet but was able to buy at buy it now price. Price was the $120.99 but they deducted the $99.00 I originally invested leaving $21.99 as what I needed to pay to but the item (that is their policy when you don't win the bid to be able to buy the item at their buy it now price). So $21.99 was paid. I never received the item. Following are the emails received from Dealfun after trying to resolve the problem through their customer support.

Sent Jan 21, 2012;
"Have not received my order transaction # DFB13247253177333. It has now been 27 days since order."

Received Jan 21, 2012;
"Your request (#205146) has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff. We do our best to answer all emails within one hour but due to the excitement and current higher volumes, it may take us a little longer and we greatly appreciate your patience while we get back to you."

Received Jan 21,2012
"Hello David,

Thank you for writing back.
I sincerely apologize you did not receive your package. It seems it may have been lost in transit. I have gone ahead and re-shipped your item at our expense.
Please allow 21 days for delivery. I have also credited your account with 50 voucher bids for the inconvenience.

"I still have not received my order transaction # DFB13247253177333, nor have I received a tracking number for the reshipped item. If you cannot fulfill my order then I request a full refund of all monies paid to you ($121.52) and I will report to authorities of this (what I consider to be) fraudulent business. This kind of service is unacceptable and will result in negative feedback unless you make this right immediately."

Have not received any further replies by Dealfun since then.
