IT WAS CHARGED ON MY DEBIT CARD. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT IT BECAUSE I NEVER ORDERED IT. I CALL TWO
DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND COULD NOT TALK TO A REAL PERSON.
IT ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER TO IDENTIFY AND IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THAN MYSELF. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?

- Hi Donna here is a CS # I got from Face Book on Grout Bully 1-203-306-5762. I really don't know if this will work because you need your tel. # that you used for the order since you did not order it.Best bet is to contact you CC's Bank and tell them about it probably best to have that card removed and get another..Hope this helps. Tomorrow it will be 6 weeks since I ordered my Grout Bully and as of today I have not received it.I called last week and I was told that there was a slight delay and it should ship with in that 6 week period.I have not been charge yet for my purchase but tomorrow I will call that CS # and find out whats going on with my order and if its on back order I will cancel and if they still charge me even though I canceled I will file a complaint with the Attorney General of Ca and dispute it with my bank.This Company seems to be misleading and not honest.But call your bank fore sure Donna..
