Bill Salinardi (Equity Refi) and MtgMod Support advertised that we could restructure our loan since we qualified because loans made between 2002 and 2008 were fraudulent. After payment of $4,000 on Feb. 16, 2011 we have waited for any confirmation. After calling an emailing for a few days all communication ceased. Phone #s are disconnected and no one has returned phone calls.

I am writing to clear up this un- called for post. First of all, I have not ducked anyone, and have been in touch with all of my clients including you
I found out the same way you did, Budget Relief dba MtgmMod Support, I’m Not Leaving/Homeowner Relief, had shut down their business phones, and websites with absolutely no explanation what so ever. At this point I have no more information than you have. I have spent a great amount of time trying to get in touch with anyone that could help me get some answers, without much luck. I also have contacted other people that recommended this company to others as I did and they too know nothing.
I realized that you have paid retainer money to this company for their product and you did not receive the settlement you signed up for. Equity Refi NEVER collected a dime from you, or tried to SCAM you.
I was recommended to this company by several people that had visited their Texas offices, and spoke to their attorney. The also worked with them, and were very happy with their performance. I conducted my own background check and found all positive results.
In short, I have no excuses to give you, but as I told everyone else, I will behind you to try to resolve this one way or another.
I know this is no consolation to you, but I also have a big financial loss. I invested thousands of dollars and over a year’s time to market their program with the hope of getting the settlements completed so I could build a future for my family.
I will continue to seek information and you updated of anything I get.
I wanted to inform you to please call your credit card provider to reverse the transaction for the charge on the settlement. I was informed from a client today that they have credited his account for the entire amount. He originated the charge with Budget Relief (I’m Not Leaving) back in December 2010 and they still did it.
If you should need a letter from me on the actions of Budget Relief (I’m Not Leaving) I would be happy to provide it for you.
I am truly sorry for all this, and God as my witness, I was only trying to promote a product in good faith that I felt would help people.
I would appreiate if you would eliminate this post, as it does harm to inocent people such as my 12 yr. old daughter at her school, and myself.

It is October 12, 2011. I was hoping that you would have posted again to tell everyone that you recieved your money back and cleared this up, instead of trying to tarnish someone's reputation that was sincerely looking to help you. also you can call me direct at the number that you said was disconected. 949-489-0436

David George and MtgMod Support...aka I’m Not Leaving/Homeowner Relief, Budget Relief, etc... Shut down and Mr. George is MIA!! I also got ripped off by this scum bag from a referral like Bill. Unfortunetely they required a wire transfer so I could not go back to a credit card company. I lost $2750. If you know where David George is the Fed's are looking for him!!! He is SCUM. Individuals like Bill and the person who referred me are not to blame as they also are victims. Find David George!! I heard he is now in New Mexico??
