I filled in a form to get a free sample of Perfect Radiance Serum and eye cream and paid £2.50. I thought the sample was rather large, but forgot about it. To my absolute shock horror I had been charged £5.95 for shipping, £51.00 for eye cream and three payments of £74.95 totalling £281.80 (sorry I don't know the amount in $). When I realised what was happening I had to cancel my Visa card to stop them getting more money. I signed up for £2.50, they took £5.95, I suppose I should be grateful they didn't take more. I feel totally alone. I have contacted Consumer Direct. but with the company based in the USA I don't hold out much hope of receiving my money back.
