They were going to lower my interest rate so I can afford to live in my home. They got bought out by another company because they took on too many clients. I paid them money upfront, and they told me to stop making my mortgage payments.

To those as I have been taken. After speaking to Charlie Toledo this past week he promised his supervisor would call me. Instead I received a call from the lawyer of Advanced Loan who claimed I threatened peolple I don't even know. She didn't want to hear about the fact that I and others were ripped off, but she was busy selecting those that she felt worhty of continuing. After me direct explaination she hung up. Her first name is Caroline, but she wouldn't share her last name.....is this the proper practice for a lawyer. I have included the email I sent back to Charlie after he lied to me again.
Charlie,
I have to admit that you are person with no spine. You promised a call back many weeks ago and never fulfilled it. I was lucky enough to catch you on a bad day and you danced the circle looking for my file and in the meantime stated you remembered everything. I have to ask what is like to go through life lying to people and what do you tell your children? You told me your superior would contact me and yet to date he hasn’t had the professionalism to do so. I did receive a call today from Caroline who claimed to be the lawyer of Advance Loan Company and was in the process of selecting those who the company felt should move forward with the process of modification. She would not provide her last name and unfortunately she seems to driven by money and hung up on me when I wanted to share my complete disappoint of people stealing money from me. If she is your lawyer you should really find someone else. She also accused me of threating you and someone called Devon. Sorry, I missed something along the way. When I spoke to you I brought up Chuck Anguiano and Michelle Phillips which you stated you hadn’t seen since January. Ms. Caroline would not admit to any alliance to USG yet she had my information and as a so called lawyer she should know better. At some point you and others will be requested by law to admit your past employment with United Services Group. let me kw -
