On October 3, 2011, I ordered 3 Primatene Mist Inhalers. I was told it was in stock. I never received my order, and posted several inquiries on their web site. I got ONE feedback (from "Vanessa") and was told that my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund within 2 billing cycles. I have continued to request a refund repeatedly via their web site as you cannot reach them by phone. I went on line to see if I was the only one with this problem, only to find that many many people were also scammed. The consumer complaints were astronomical! The following is my correspondence with them:

The items on your order have been discontinued from our warehouse and we are unable to ship your order.

Any charges made to your credit card will be refunded,
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear in your credit card statement.

You are not responding to my previous inquiry about my order. Please ship or let me know why. I'm not a rich woman, and you have $58 of my money! Do the right thing and at the very least send an email regarding the status. Please. I have an addictin to BREATHING!

Why has this not shipped? I ordered it on 10/3/2011, and today is 10/13/2011. That's 10 days and not a word from you regarding this order. The money has cleared my bank, and I would like to receive my order. Please let me know the status." End of my correspondence.

Something needs to be done about this! I went to my bank and was not able to rectify the situation through them as the statute of limitations had run out. I am on a fixed income, and really cannot afford to lose money like this. After extensive research, I finally came up with an address. I have no clue if it is a good one or not, but I got the following:
