The seller is selling a Black 2003 Tacoma for 2900, But as soon as you send him the money he removes the money and starts to ask for more. claiming he has a new seller who is asking him 5500 for his truck. Then he cancels the deal and your left with no money and on top of that we have to pay 1000 fee for not giving him the amount he asked for.

- A person using this same name has an ad on ksl.com selling a car. He responded to my request to see the car that he is a soldier being deployed to Afghanistan and is currently in North Dakota. He then goes on to explain that the buyer needs to send money to eBay, the car and title will be shipped to the buyer to test drive for 3 days. If the buyer wants the car, they let eBay know. It didn't take an exhaustive Google search to find this name, Daniel Kubinski, linked to a fraudulent act. Hopefully others will see this before they send money. There are a bunch of other ads with similar instructions. I expect they are the same person but who knows.
