Is authenticwatchesonsale.com a fraud?

I registered myself at www.authenticwatchesonsale.com as a customer and purchased a watch from this business. They listed two branches at their website - one in New York and the other one in London. The branche addresses are

To finish off my online purchase order, I used my credit card for the payment. However the credit card payment was rejected with an error message. I then received an email from this business saying they could not accept credit card payments and asked me to make the payment directly to their UK billing department through Western Union.

I made a payment of GBP502.70 on 1st of February 2012 under their instruction. The amount of GBP502.70 was the price in GBP accepted by this business for my online order. The details of the transfer were:

Receiver's name: Terence Parsons

Receiver’s address: 30 Burnt Oak Broadway, London, UK HA8 0BB

I was told that Terence Parsons was their payment representative. The money was picked up the next day but I haven't heard from them since.

I have tried to contact them by emails and phone calls. There's always answer machine for the phone number listed on their website and there's no email reply from them once the money was picked up.

I've kept all email correspondence from this business and also the Western Union receipt for the fund transfer. They can be provided to you upon request. Please advise whether I'm still able to get the money back. If so, what steps I need to take?
