I subscribed to the superpass for Big Brother 2011. After the season was finished in September, I called into Real Networks to have my subscription cancelled. In Oct. 2011 and in Jan. 2012, they have changed my account $43.79. I phoned in after the first charge in October to dispute it, and was told the account was closed and a refund would be issued. This never happened, as I now have a charge in January for the same amount and the October amount was never credited. Why do they make this so difficult!?
