The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

Just like all others.
I was taken for 7500.00 and promised a 1.25 return on investment.
The money was used to purchase 1500 leads which the Co.would
contact and if they would get them to join the program.
I was told that once the leads were sent the information I could expect to have all my funds returned with a great profit.
Like others they called me once a week to say everything was
going as planned and the attorneys were verifying the leads.
Now after 5 or6 weeks the calls ended and I have been unable to get in contact with anyone.
How can we all get together and start a class action suite?Is there anyone out there that can help us with this?
If any one has knowledge about this please contact me.
