I ordered the trial product for the cost of £4.95 which was duly taken from my account. This company has now taken a further £69.95 from my account that I did not agree to. I am unable to get in touch with them to stop the deductions and I am worried that they will continue to take further cash as the months go on.

- The actual date of Biosomatic taking the cash from my account was 23/01/12. The date I registered with Scanbook was 08/02/12. Just wanted to make sure the information was correct.
