I ordered two diet preparations on 13th January. The offer stated that you only had to pay for the postage on your 1st order. about $8.
When my bank statement came today it showed four withdrawels. Two from Nathealthprod, one for £3.12 and one for £71.21. Two from BioUK, one for £4.95 and one for £69.95. on different dates between 6th Jan and 24th Jan 2012.
On both of these orders I only authorised the postage which showed up when Ifinalised the otder. There was no indication of the further large charges.
I would be very interested if you could give me some idea of how to get my money back.

Dear elizabeth,
do you remember the product name under biouk because They have deducted 4.95 and 69.95 on my account. But I did not receive any product. You can call nathealth product , they will refund you 50% of your 69 pounds. You have to call them so that next month they won't charge you another 69 pounds..
