I had sent my gently used iPhone 3Gs. According to their estimate online, they were going to give $125. They had a good BBB rating. When they called me with the inspection report, they claimed it has issues and offered me $5. I asked them to return it. They did but they viciously destroyed it pieces first. They took it apart and claimed they got it this way. It must be UPS' fault. According to other review sites, this scam has been done countless times to numerous folks.
