I ordered the African Mango after seeing it advertised on Facebook. I did the trail offer, which cost around $3.32USD. I checked the Terms and Conditions and made sure I rang them within the trial period to find out whether they had sent my goods or not. An email was sent to them on 24/1/12 asking whether they were a scam or not, and if they had sent out my goods. I received a reply email on 26/1/12 stating that they had sent out my goods and they were probably held up at the Australian Customs. I rang them not long after on their "help line" on www.extmangobill.com (which put me through to America) where they assured me they had sent the goods. I then cancelled my order with them, and had them send me a cancellation number to ensure they would not be taking any more money out of my account.

The website is now only locked to the Support Center page, no emails are being returned and no goods have been received. I sent an email off today (8/2/12) asking for a con note number so I may track my order through Australian Customs. No reply as of yet.
