I ordered and paid for one pair of "genuine" UGG boots with my debit card, but a week later, received letters from UK Border Control to inform me they had been intercepted, and they were going to destroy them as they were fake. I contacted my bank to see if I was finacially protected, but as I could not come up with any evidence of the purchase except my bank statement and UK Border Control's letter, I have been told I do not have a claim.
