Description: On May 19, 2011, I hired this bunch to do 4 simple tasks. Fix my attic steps, install a new back entry way post, fix a fence door and caulk around the Garden Room windows. The first three tasks were done satisfactorily. And they said they would return the next day to do the caulking and wanted to get paid for the full job, I foolishly paid them in full. Bad mistake. When it came to getting them to finish up by caulking the windows I had to constantly keep calling after they made one lame excuse after the other. Finally, on July 6, they came to do the caulking They did one window instead of the 9 that were contracted to be done. And the one they did was one of the sloppiest caulking jobs I have ever seen. The caulk was smeared all over the window. In addition, they did even do the complete window. They left by bottom uncaulked. Further, they did not remove the old caulk from the window prior to applying the new so the caulk they did apply is useless and cracking. But the caulking Carter did was so bad that I am probably fortunate he didn't do any more windows. I have called Carter's phone several times but have not received any response to my messages.. This is a sorry outfit trying to operate on a shoestring and taking advantage of people. Everyone should be warned about these scamartists.
