person called to inform me I won 5.5 million dollars plus a 2011 mercedes all I had to do was pay part of the taxes. when he was informed I had no bank account I was told to get one. When informed of the amount they wanted I said if I had that much money I would have a bank account. At which time I was ask how much I could get. I said I had $100.00 in my pocket. Then they said I should go to western union or money gram and send that to a Mr. Andre Depass, (Personal Info Removed). After I got the transmit Numbers I was to call back. They have called every 5 minutes since
