I ordered sample sizes of the abvove products on Jan. 15,2012 and agreeded to pay the shipping and handling charges...then on Feb.6-2012 my bank account was charged $154.98. It took till Tuesday for the name of the charges to show up. I immediately looked up their site, and finally found a site in the US. I placed a call to (1-888-543-1958) I told them that I had't received the sample products and wanted to know what these charges were for. I was told that the samples must have gotten lost in the mail (how convenient for them) and that they had charged me for 1 order of both products. I NEVER gave permission for them to do this..this was their ASSUMPTION that I wanted them, when I requested a refund, I was told they couldn't do that but; that they WOULD be more then happy to send me not 1 but 4 jars of the 2 products!!! Pretty convenient for them. I kept requesting a refund..and finally agreed to the 4 jars of the products..( I was getting nowhere) they keep saying in their terms of agreement stated that this was their policy. I just didn't feel this was a fair practice to us as customers/consumers and wanted to share this matter with as many consumers as possible...companies are screwing us right and left by their playing with the rules that they set up..hence lost in the mail...ect. I find this to be their GAME, and that we are all catching the downfall in our bank/credit cards. This is a practice that need to be stopped ASAP..or else have the public made well aware of. I view this as an irresponsility of businees using these practices to uninformed customers/consumers. Please make this known to all ...and by the way, I still haven'y gotten ANY trial samples....YET!!
