AT&T
Complaint 70603 Details
- Date Occurred: 10/13/2010
- Reported Damages: $10,000.00
My husband and I cancelled our internet/phone services. Apparently when a consumer cancells their services AT&T doesn't delete your old accounts. Therefore, a hacker has gotten into both of our address books and is sending messages. Which, more then likely is a virus, because the emails never have any information or they are asking you to click a button to view more. And best of all AT&T doesnt call back or answer thier phones!!!!
