bought a laptop , system failure after 4 months , comet only offered to fix it , 2 months later system failure and again comet offered to fix it , a month later complete system failure and yet again comet only offered to fix it , 3 times it broke down within 11 months of buying it , asked for a refund ," denied " , asked for areplacement , "denied " , still trying to either get a laptop or refund , but i suspect the answer will be " denied "
