I ordered two samples through Facebook advert, which
reccommended buying both samples together for maximum benefit! These cost £4.95 and £2.95 respectively. I'm always
careful when I order anything online, so as not to get scammed!!
I was shockedto see that two payments had been taken out of
my bank a/c on the 6th Feb (£79.99 + £74.95) and then another
£51 today!! I sent a very angry email to them on the 6th Feb, so far, no reply!! My bank, Smile, haven't been as helpful as I feel they could be, saying that I should have read the small print more carefully, and they cannot refund my money unless it was taken out AFTER I'd cancelled the "contract" inadvertantly made with this company!!They've offered to get me a refund on anything more that's taken IF i don't get any goods for the money, BIG DEAL!! I'm a pensioner on a fixed income, and this has put me overdrawn, so I'll probably end up with bank charges as well!!
