I started with Dealfun in Nov, 2011. Still waiting for the first item I purchased, Android 7" tablet, they keep promising they are resending it. I have lost so much money, it is embarassing to put that much on this post. I received 4 products out of about 18 and they keep telling me they credit my acct with "vouchers" don't fall for the voucher thing, they are not worth anything. Purchased Bids actually bring down the "Buy Now" price, that is where they get you! Vouchers do not. When you purchase bids for 99.00 or 149.99 there is a guarantee that you will win!!! Yep, you may win, but then they say they are unable to ship the item and they "refund you for the amount you BID on the item. What about refunding the amount of money you actually PAID FOR THOSE BIDS??? They give you worthless vouchers. Thats one of the scams. I have complained to them more than 50 times with response, but basic regenerated responses that say the same thing. They keep your ISP number, they say for security reasons, but is that true? I think they keep it so that they can STOP you from getting onto their site, but thats my opinion, because I cannot get onto the site anymore due to my many, many complaints. I am still waiting for so many items that were paid for and luckily, I have kept each and every purchase, bid, complaint and response from them. This way, I can go to my credit card compay and "dispute" charges as scams and maybe get some of my money back. But remember this:
If they refund you for an item you bid on and won AND that was the ONLY ITEM WON using a 99.00 or 149.00 bid packet (check it out if you have ever printed it, cause now they will not allow you to even purchase bids) as those 2 guarantee you a win. Now if they cannot produce that win, they owe you the money you spent for the bids that you used to win that product, or any other product you won using those guaranteed bids and they are not able to produce the items. Confusing somewhat, but they owe each of you more than you actually realize. Me, well its probably more than 3,000.00 and I keep writing and copying each and every one to include responses.
