I have an Internet account with Intelligent Finance. When I checked my account several days ago I found that the above sums of money had been taken from my account without any knowledge on my part. Intelligent Finance will not cover the loss, so I am hoping for some help from you.
Update: 02/07/2012
Revita had somehow managed to get details of my credit card to buy the pot of cream and thus were able to take more money from my account.
