I ordered sample packs from Aqualift and Vitaderm for $1.95 and
$ 2.97 respectively and paid using my Visa card. I now note that they have taken out of my Visa account the amount of $74.99 and $79.99 totaling to $ 154.98. To date I have not received the produsts. I did not authorized them to take that amount of money from my card only for the shipping which they said I would have to pay. I need to get my money back. THIS IS FRAUD. How can something be FREE trial and you have to pay for it without even receiving the trial package. I need to get back my money.
Update: 02/06/2012
They never called me. I noticed that my card was less than what it should be and I called the credit card company and was told that they these people took that amount from the card.
