A free trail is advertised, only P&P is required. For some reason, unbeknown to you, they take an unauthorised amount of $177.93 directly out of your account. When confronted they cancel your subscription which has never been agreed or even mentioned at any point during your time with them and they do not refund your money. My bank's dispute department will be all over these guys tomorrow.

I also fell for this scam but when I try to dial the number on the website it says 'not recognised'
Also what email address did you contact them on? This is ridiculous, there was not a way to cancel online and I did not receive an email to say that I was being charged for it or to say that I was going to receive more! -
