i went to my bank today to fine that there was money missing from my account so phoned my bank and they said that your money tv had taking it out i have never had anything to do with these people never heard of them i phoned them only to have the phone put down on me so now i am doing them for fraud through my bank i am a carer for my mom and only get £55.55 per week and they have just took it of me so now i have to stay at my mom & dad as i got no money for gas leccy please people go to trading standaards and report these vile scammers they really dont care and only do this to people who are short of money im taking it all the way gunna get these ifits the last thing i ever do jayne tull

- quote BCOBS 5.1.11 to your bank ask them to explain it they know what it means usefull numbers consumer direct 08454040506 start here then phone action fraud on 03001232040 read my posts i got my money back both lots its amazing what five letters and five numbers will do if the bank still wont help then tell them you want to make a formal complaint and they have eight weeks to resolve this if not go to banking ombudsman and they will deal with it but you must go to the bank first
