Using Facebook saw the advert for two free trials of face creams. I clicked through, entered my credit card details. As the cost was £2.00 something per item, I believed I would be receiving 2ml or 5ml of product, anything over that is unsolicited. Within 5 minutes my credit card company Fraud Dept calls me re the two transactions. I go back onto Total BodyWellness and PuraSilk websites, this time I see the T&C's at the BOTTOM of the page and read them and realise this is an autoship scam.

I email both companies immediately stating that I am cancelling the accounts, which I didn't know I had set up. That I am cancelling any unsolicited products that they are sending. That MY T&C's are that when they open my email they are agreeing to send me a pre-paid envelope to return their unsolicited products, and they have 7 days to do this else the products go in the bin, and no money will be changing hands.

I called my credit card company and cancelled my card, BUT they can still take money from your new card SO this morning 06.02.12, I have phoned my credit card Retail Disputes Dept and they want me to send all my emails to the companies, as the accounts were effectively cancelled when I emailed them, regardless of their lack of response and to send them the companies T&C's and they can then return any demands for payments from these companies, their sister companies or trading partners as specified in their T&C's.

I was so furious I telephoned Total Body Wellness after I emailed them and they cancelled the account because I'd called so quickly, within 20 mins, but they are still charging me £2.00 or as she said $4.57, and no product will be sent.

I have spent since 07.45 this morning, every 5 mins telephoning PuraSilk Customer Care Line, open from 8am to 8pm - NO ANSWER, just answering machine saying they are closed. Their company address is actually a PO BOX so no joy with getting a telephone number there.

Get emailing people, then call your bank, then print and post the lot to your bank's Retail Disputes Dept.
