I purchased a Bid package as the initial start up of this Penny Bid company. The lead in paints a really fun easy to win bidding experience with people supposedly winning iPads for under $100.00, iPhones, etc. They entice you with a guarantee to win by saying if you don't win anything with the initial package they will put bids in your account to you may win. What they don't tell you up front is these Bids will disappear if not used with in a designated time. I complained about this practice and they put more Bids in my account. I bid on a helicopter and win it. 1 week later I get an email telling me the manufacturer shorted DealFun on the number of helicopters and they were sorry and put more Bids in my account. I emailed DealFun telling them of my dissatisfaction and I now got nothing even though I won the (retail $60.00?) helicopter which they said is not available, they took the Bids back and have not responded to my email. I wish I had seen the negative comments on DealFun that are in various forums on the internet. So much for their customer satisfaction guarantee. I will be gathering up as much information on this issue and submitting them to the Washington State Attorney General. This type of company needs to be stopped and held accountable! It is clear they don't have the inventory they led you to believe, just look at their web page, they have nothing in the electronics, gift cards or home and office catagories!!
