Ring 0808 1683684 to get your money back. I bought the trial samples & then had over £150 taken from my account, which I did not authorise. I read through the complaints on this scam website & found this telephone number. Be prepared for a battle, but stay calm & polite, if you can't do this, get a friend to ring for you. I stated that I had not authorised the withdrawal. I was told that I had not read the terms & conditions properly. I disregarded this comment & told them that I had been on this scam website & that I beleived their activity to be unlawful. I said that unless I was refunded in full, I would take my complaint to the Financial Servises Authority (FSA). I was then offered 50% refund. I told them that this was totally unacceptable & if I was'nt going to get the full refund, I would go to the Financial Ombudsman & then the Police. They eventually agreed to it & I now have the money back in my account & an email confirming that no more money will be taken. So STAND FIRM, don't cave in or get upset, GET EVEN!! At one point the woman offered to read their terms & conditions out to me, don't let them do this, if it was a genuine offer, so many of us would not be in this predicament. It is a Number 1 Scam! GO FOR IT GIRLS & GOOD LUCK xx
