My ATT bill showed this charge and I have no idea who it is. The "for assistance contact" website doesn't exist. Found this site and adding my complaint! I'm about to call ATT and have this taken care of. I've been with ATT since 1998 and this has happened a few times over the years and they've always taken care of it.
