Had a phone call from a company claiming they where calling on behalf of micro soft and my computer had sent them a complaint that some of my systems are down and i have a virus/Trojans. The lady on the phone was quite rude and thought it was a bit strange from the beginning. I proceeded to follow her instruction and she was showing me faults on my computer. She asked me to log into this page on the internet and then next thing i know she is controlling my mouse. She tried to get me to look at a web page about soft ware i need to install on my computer, before my computer shut down all together. She advised me my AVG anti-virus would not clear Trojans. I showed her my anti-virus did cover all viruses and she became irate on the phone so i told her to disconnect from my computer and hung up the phone. She had hid the link, witch i then found to disconnect her my self. Lucky i didn't get to the part of buying anything but i don't know what information they have off my computer. Searched this company and they scammed many people out of money for soft ware that doesn't work.
