I bought some camera accessories online from HotShot Camera, and then a man from the company emailed me as Larry Walker offering a flash for sale with a diffuser for $62. I researched the flash and found this to be a good deal so I paypal'd him the money. I never received the flash. The payment went through almost a month after I ordered it and sent it through. A month after that (may) I still had not received the flash. I emailed to ask him when I would receive it, and he said it had already been shipped and marked 'delivered' and linked me to some phony shipping confirmation link that didn't work. He never refunded my money and basically said it was the post office's problem, but I called them and they said they never received it.
