I saw an ad for Bioslim african mango, for $2.95 and also the Biocleanse, bought them and then waited for nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive (eventaully arrived)but in the mean time I was billed for both of them totalling $178.11. I sent them and email telling them that I still had not received my products and that I wanted to cancel my account and get a refund on the products and that I do not wish to receive any more from them. In the email (yes I did get one) I was given some numbers to call (supposedly local numbers), but I now feel that is was somehow an overseas number in a call centre (my guess would be India), I called the number and was given to RMA (return merchanise authorisation numbers), and also an address to send it back to, but the address was totally different to what was on the envelope, after doing some research on the net for this address PO box 2999 Riverton UT 84065 it is most likely a false address which you pay for the postage to send it back and it just gets dumped at the other end. Why would you send it back to a different address to where it came from, well I am now off to the bank to cancel my credit card just in case, even tho I stipulated to cancel my account, so please don't buy and get sucked in.

Well, well, well who would figure that I actually got a refund on both the Biomango and the Biocleanse, I haven't even sent the stuff back and yet got a full refund, after calling the customer support line wonders never cease.

  • I likewise have received refunds, but only after sending the products back, making multiple phone calls and sending multiple e-mails.
    It's not a full refund as the exchange rate has varied since I first ordered my 'free trial', but its better than nothing.
    Have been assured my account has been cancelled, I have also cancelled my credit card. Hopefully the nightmare is over.

    I didn't even bother to send them back I was going too, it was already packed ready to go but once I started doing a bit of a research on the address I found out that it was an address that alot of stuff from other companies gets sent too, so I never even bother sending and thought oh well I have blown my money, but a few days later I got the refund and I think in full minus a few $ for exchange rate I think about $4 or $5 so not much compared to $178.00, I too have cancelled my credit card and my account had been closed (hopefully), oh well they can't bill us as our credit cards don't exsist.
