My husband and I applied for a payday loan. Platinum Online Group obviously got our bank account information through those applications. We never authorized any amount of money to be withdrawn from our account. My bank gave me their contact information and when i called and asked to speak to a supervisor, the customer service rep claimed there was not one available and hung up in my face.
