I ordered two products via the internet with a total cost of approx £6. I received three small products and have since had 3 payments remov ved from my account as well as the £6 these payments total £204. I contacted my bank to find out who was taking this money and it turns out that it is Revita La Peau based in Linlithgoe. I phoned the number to speak to them and when I asked where they were located they said USA. They also claim not to have any details of my name or e-mail address, yet can still take money from my account. Beware. I am trying to find out what I can do to stop this.

- I have e-mailed the company and they said they would refund my money which they have done today. If you e mail them let them know you will take matters further if they don't refund your money, let them know that your bank is now involved as well. Good luck

- I am so grateful to you! I did as you said and the company have refunded two parts of my money. I have just asked them for the third payment they took. At least I got some back. Many thanks

- I am glad I was of some help to you, I hope you have told them that you wish to cancel any agreement you had with them (to stop them taking any more money out)
