At the end of December 2011, I paid £5.95 postage and packing for a "free" sample of their serum and the moisturising cream. At no time di I see any information that any further money would be deducted from my account.

i was quite pleased with the serum, but the moisteriser was too greasy. i was concerned that among the ingredients listed in both products were parebems,as I seem to recall reading that these are linked to cancer? i would not have purchased any more of this product.

i was shocked to discover that on January 27th the company had taken £79.99 from my account. I contacted my bank and they have reportd it to Visa as fraud. For the time being , visa have refunded me. The bank have stopped my card and are reissuing me with a new one so that this company cannot unlawfully deduct any more money.
i am telling as many people as I can so they they too do not fall victim to this scam.
