i ordered free sample frm web pop up and was watching the tv which had a short prog on about these pop ups being a scam. i contacted my bank immediately and they had had several complaints the same day. they were able to gv me a number for this company which i rang and canceled immediately. my bank will also be claiming any money that they have taken. the company gave me a cancelation num. so hopefully that will be the end of it for me. but if i hadnt seen all off these other complaints it mightve been a dif story. good luck
