I purchased a biosomatic trial sample at the begining of January 2012 they took £3.95 off my credit card for the trial sample.
I have still to this date (02/02/2012) not received the trial sample and now they have taken £69.95 off my credit card on 23/01/2012.
Please can you help, from a distressed UK resident.
