Rep. called up with information he had received from applying for an online loan - Offered a Credit Card but had to pay $99 for Annual Fee up front - gave me the # to call 877-536-0076 and the website expressplatinumcard.com. I forgot about it till today when $99 was drafted from my account. aND BOTH THE # AND SITE ARE BOGUS!
