i bought a magic-jack from radio shack. it didnt work so i took it back and they refunded me my money backbut negelected to clear off my personal info, from it. now tonight i started getting calls from this man-lucien diame wanting my e-mail address and pass word because he said he coud not use the phone with all my info. on it -such as my phone #,address, name,etc. he sounds like a scammer to me -asking all kinds of questions. i dont feel safe now. he could get my credit card #s bank account# etc radio shack should have clearedout all of my information be for selling it again.also there is no way you can talk to a live person from magic jack.you dan go on the internet but your quedtions arent answeredproply so you know its not a live person at the otherend.please try and stop radio shack from selling used equipment with personal info.on it thank you laura houseman.

- Every retailer had an "RMAC" system. In other words a return center (outside of company). Which means that once something has been returned for being defective or simply not wanted it is sent to an outside source to be wiped or repaired to be sold again- if plausible. AKA- refurbished phones go to the same outside company to be repaired and sent out again to be sold again.
