I APPLIED FOR A LOAN ON LINE BACK IN MAY. MR. DAVID BAKER SAID I HAD TO PAY $199 TO GET IT BY WESTERN UNION. THEN HE SAID I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER FEE, THEN ANOTHER FEE. $3000 LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE LOAN AND HE SAYS I HAVE TO PAY $399 MORE. HIS E-MAIL ADDRESS IS [email protected]
